  • You are the captain of the ship, the designer of your life and are whole & complete as you stand today. Coaching is designed to return to you your VOICE and CHOICE.

  • At any time, you are welcomed to re-negotiate how we design our relationship to best meet your needs, including termination.

  • I may provide resources/referrals but I am not receiving compensation for any referrals.

  • I hold an WI RN License, Bachelors Of Nursing and Human Biology and trained in ASCM Wellcoaches and Mentor Agility Trauma Informed Health Coaching. I am working towards becoming Health & Wellness Board Certified as well as International Coaching Certified and abide by the governing code of ethics for these organizations.

Meet Nurse Jesse who has the experience, knowledge, education and skills to walk with people on their quest for “more” in this life, that’s been my purpose throughout all of the careers I have had…to help ease suffering and live fully.

But first, through my writing, you will meet Jesse B. This is the side of me that is messy and unkempt, unruly and wild. She was hidden for a quite a while. She has been through a LOT. She is the creative, the dreamer, the schemer and loves to express herself & share her experience through words (and dance…but we won’t be going here just yet. Ha!) Don’t let her messiness fool you, she is ultimately where the wise soul shines…a mix of all the parts of me, that is Jesse B. All loved, all welcomed and all celebrated…even the cruelest, foolish and rebellious versions. Through her example, may you come to embrace all of of yourself and the inherent worth you too were born with but may have lost over time or perhaps was stolen along the way.
